Project Spotlight: A Fresh Start for the Proctor Family’s New Home in Eagle, Idaho

January 1, 2024

We recently had the pleasure to work with the Proctor family again, this time on their beautiful new home in Eagle. The Proctors have been part of the Spray ’n Coat family since 2021, and we’ve had the pleasure of painting a few different properties for them around the Treasure Valley. So, when they reached out about giving their latest place a complete refresh, we were excited to help make it feel just right for them.

Here’s What We Painted

The Proctors’ new home, set in the Legacy Development of Eagle, has plenty of space—a little over 3,100 square feet, with striking 13-foot ceilings. We ended up painting nearly every part of the house:

  • Entryway and living room
  • Kitchen and dining area
  • Den, hallways, pantry, and closets
  • Three bedrooms, all doors, trim, and ceilings

We used Sherwin Williams Cashmere in “Alabaster” for a soft, classic look on the walls, and matched it with Emerald enamel in Alabaster for the trim and doors. One bedroom even had some wallpaper that we carefully removed, giving it a clean slate for a fresh coat of paint.

Making Their New House Feel Like Home

For the Proctors, making their new place truly their own meant starting with a bright, welcoming color palette to create a sense of flow throughout the home. It’s been so rewarding to see how they’ve made each of their homes unique over the years, and working together on each new project has been a highlight for us.

From prepping the walls to applying that final coat, we were thrilled to help bring the Proctor family’s vision to life. Every project is a reminder of why we love what we do—seeing a space transformed into somewhere our customers feel right at home. Thanks to the Proctor family for trusting Spray ’n Coat Painting with this new chapter!
