City of Boise - Municipal Park Public Bathroom Concrete Floor Coating

Boise Parks & Recreation / Kristen Armstrong Municipal Park Public Bathroom Concrete Floor Coating

We installed a 336 sq ft, (168 sq ft in each bathroom) of ¼ inch chip, full-chip broadcast Keystone concrete floor coating in 2 public bathrooms at Kristen Armstrong Municipal Park.

Square Feet: Municipal Park:

Primary bathroom - 336 sq ft (168 each bathroom)

**includes making 4-inch stem wall faux finish**

Base Coat: EPOXY

Chips: 1/4 inch KEYSTONE

Clear: Polyaspartic

Prior prep work included sanitizing and degreasing the bathroom. We provided standard prep including diamond grinding the surface of the floor down to remove dirt, grease, sealers, etc to allow the first coat to penetrate the concrete for a permanent bond with the concrete. Regardless of what is on the surface of the concrete, this step guarantees the base coat will adhere properly.

Includes Grinding the failing overlay on the concrete.  Includes both bathrooms and 4 inch faux stem wall with floor coating.
