Project Spotlight: Durable, High-Quality Exterior Repaint for Franz Family Bakery in Nampa, Idaho

We had the pleasure of partnering with Franz Family Bakery, in Nampa. They came to us looking for an exterior repaint that could withstand the demands of their industrial environment while staying fresh-looking over time. With high-traffic surfaces and large silo areas, durability and ease of maintenance were key. Our team was excited to help give this busy space a long-lasting, professional appearance that stands up to Idaho’s weather.


Here’s What We Did:


  • Complete Exterior Repaint – We used Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint, which naturally helps surfaces stay clean by repelling dust and dirt with every rainfall. This paint was perfect for Franz Family Bakery, as it allows natural elements like rain to help maintain the building’s fresh look.
  • Surface Preparation & Sealing – To prep for the topcoat, we handled masonry and surface sealing. This crucial step helps prevent peeling and ensures a fuller-bodied, professional finish that lasts.
  • Blue Accent Stripe and Facia Painting – We added a custom blue accent stripe along with fascia painting, giving the exterior a sharp, modern look that reflects the bakery’s branding.
  • Exterior Metal Doors & Trim – We painted exterior metal man doors and trim using Sherwin-Williams Pro-Industrial Alkyd Urethane Enamel, chosen for its extreme durability and resistance to the daily wear and tear that comes with high-traffic placements.
  • Handrails and Metal Ladder – For safety and appearance, we refreshed the blue paint on handrails and the metal ladder around the silo area, adding cohesion to the overall design and added protection against rust and wear.
