Spray ’n Coat Painting recently partnered with a local coffee roaster and distributor in Boise to complete an interior refresh of their warehouse spaces. The company needed durable solutions that could stand up to heavy use while also improving safety and creating a more welcoming environment for employees.

The Scope

The project involved two large warehouse areas that required both commercial floor coating and interior painting. The goal was to deliver a space that was highly functional, easy to maintain, and visually professional.

The System

Commercial Floor Coating: We installed a high-performance, slip-resistant epoxy system in both warehouse spaces. Built to withstand heavy equipment and constant foot traffic, this coating created a safe, long-lasting surface that is easy to clean and maintain.

This garage floor turned out so good! ?

We just wrapped up this 979 sq ft garage floor coating in Meridian using our Outback flake blend with some added glitter just in the top coat, which gives it that little extra sparkle when the light hits it just right.

We also filled all the concrete joints to give the floor a cleaner, more seamless look.

It’s always cool seeing these spaces go from plain concrete to feeling like a finished extension of the home.

This is a good one to show what really goes into an exterior repaint… most of it happens before the finish coat ever goes on.

This home in Meridian is getting a full refresh in the same color the homeowner already loves. It was just time. And when you want it to last, prep is everything.

We started with the standard prep… power washing, scraping any loose or peeling paint, spot priming, and sealing up all the caulking so the new paint has a solid surface to bond to.

From there, we’re applying Sherwin-Williams Duration. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty, but in the real world, you’re looking at about 10–12 years when everything is done right.

We also ran into wax bleed on this one, which is pretty common with composite siding. It’s caused by paraffin wax in the siding working its way to the surface, usually from heat or an older, thinner paint job.

When that shows up, regular paint won’t cut it. We use a specialty oil-based primer that locks it down and gives the finish coat something solid to bond to.

That’s the kind of detail work that most people don’t see… but it’s what keeps a paint job looking good long after we’re gone.

We started planning this one back in December with Daryl as the project manager, and work kicked off mid-March.

This is a full office renovation for a global records management company here in Boise, and it’s one of those projects where a lot is happening at once. We’re working in phases alongside other trades while the entire space gets reworked.

We’re paintinge got iwalls, ceilings, cabinets, and wainscoting throughout just about every area… offices, conference rooms, reception, kitchen, mailroom, and more.

Projects like this are less about just showing up and painting, and more about staying in sync with everything else going on so the job keeps moving without slowing anyone down.

We’re still early into this one, with a projected finish around early July. But it's great to see how our team puts the same level of care into a project like this as we do in someone’s home. Whether it’s residential or commercial painting, it comes down to showing up, doing the work right, and paying attention to the details that most people don’t see but definitely notice later.

This Nampa home isn’t finished yet, but it’s already feeling like a whole new space.

With Sherwin-Williams Snow Drop on the walls and Dunn-Edwards DEW380 on the ceilings, the room instantly feels lighter and more open. Keeping the beams stained in Espresso adds that rich contrast, and once the Sherwin-Williams Sagey accent wall goes on, it’s going to look incredible.

Over time, sugar and moisture had started breaking down the concrete around this piece of equipment. It’s something we see in food production facilities — sugar is surprisingly corrosive, and once it works its way into the surface, the concrete can start to deteriorate pretty quickly.

Our team came in, prepped the area properly, and installed an industrial urethane cement flooring system built to handle heavy use, frequent washdowns, and constant exposure to sugars and organic materials. Urethane cement is tough, moisture-tolerant, and designed for environments exactly like this.

We also added high-visibility safety lines around the perimeter to clearly define the workspace and improve foot traffic awareness for the team on site.

That crack at the garage entrance?

It’s the spot every homeowner notices. It traps dirt, holds water, and just looks rough every time you pull in.

This one had separated concrete right at the transition joint from the driveway into the garage. Instead of coating over it, we removed the damaged section and properly patched it first.

Then we installed the garage floor coating.

This one involved adding a traction additive throughout the entry hallway, office area, men’s and women’s changing rooms, and even the outside bathrooms. It’s a simple upgrade that makes these high-traffic spots a lot safer for everyone who uses the pool.

This space came in at 3,025 sq. ft. and features a custom hybrid chip blend with blue, black, white, and grey that fits the pool vibe really well.
