This one involved adding a traction additive throughout the entry hallway, office area, men’s and women’s changing rooms, and even the outside bathrooms. It’s a simple upgrade that makes these high-traffic spots a lot safer for everyone who uses the pool.

This space came in at 3,025 sq. ft. and features a custom hybrid chip blend with blue, black, white, and grey that fits the pool vibe really well. Garden City Hotel Pool Project
The concrete around this hotel’s pool was so slick that management had to line it with non-slip mats just to help prevent slips and falls. Besides not looking great, that’s not a long-term fix for guest safety.

So, they called Spray ’n Coat Painting to install a durable, non-slip textured coating that provides traction and peace of mind for everyone enjoying the pool area.
