Warranty
Your new full-chip polyaspartic garage floor coating has a limited lifetime warranty on residential concrete garage floors. This warranty will remain as long as you own your home and is non-transferable to future property owners. This warranty covers hot tire pick-up and peeling or delaminating from the concrete surface under reasonable wear and tear.
Exterior patios are limited to a 3-year warranty and exclude fading from UV exposure and weathering.
Commercial floor coating systems are limited to a 1-year warranty.
Excluded from this warranty: Peeling caused by concrete failure or crumbling underneath the coating, or moisture vapor transmission (MVT) from excess moisture under the concrete slab, battery acid, or cracks in the concrete that reappear from movement in the slab.
Please note: Certain tires (including some high-performance tires with softer rubber compounds) may leach into the top coating and stain the surface over time. This is a known occurrence and is not considered a coating failure or covered warranty item.
If a coating failure occurs, Spray ’n Coat Painting will review the original project information and installation records on file. For issues covered under this specific limited warranty, Spray ’n Coat Painting will spot-repair the affected areas at no cost to the customer.
