This is a good one to show what really goes into an exterior repaint… most of it happens before the finish coat ever goes on. This home in Meridian is getting a full refresh in the same color the homeowner already loves. It was just time. And when you want it to last, prep is everything. We started with the standard prep… power washing, scraping any loose or peeling paint, spot priming, and sealing up all the caulking so the new paint has a solid surface to bond to. From there, we’re applying Sherwin-Williams Duration. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty, but in the real world, you’re looking at about 10–12 years when everything is done right. We also ran into wax bleed on this one, which is pretty common with composite siding. It’s caused by paraffin wax in the siding working its way to the surface, usually from heat or an older, thinner paint job. When that shows up, regular paint won’t cut it. We use a specialty oil-based primer that locks it down and gives the finish coat something solid to bond to. That’s the kind of detail work that most people don’t see… but it’s what keeps a paint job looking good long after we’re gone. If you want to dig into what prep actually looks like and why it matters, we put together a full breakdown here:https://www.sprayncoat.com/blog/what-prep-work-and-repairs-are-included-in-an-exterior-painting-project

Sage greens are definitely having a moment… but honestly, this isn’t just a trend. These colors stick around because they feel easy. They’re soft, natural, and don’t take over a space. That’s why people call them a “new neutral”; they work with just about anything. Some lean a little warmer (like Svelte Sage with those earthy undertones), while others go cooler and more gray (like Evergreen Fog, which has that calm green-meets-gray vibe with a hint of blue). Either way, sage tones bring that relaxed, lived-in feel that works across pretty much any style; modern, farmhouse, traditional… all of it. It’s one of those colors that feels current now but still holds up years down the road. So… if you had to pick one from this palette — which one are you going with? #SprayNCoatPainting #SherwinWilliamsPaintColors #HousePaintingBoise #HomePaintingBoise

We’ve been at a few different parks around Meridian the past couple weeks. Repainting faded, chipping light posts, and removing failing epoxy floor coatings so we can install new ones the right way. A lot of this work comes down to prep. If the old epoxy coating isn’t holding up, there’s a reason why — and it starts there. We're proud to partner with The City of @meridianidaho to help take care of these public spaces for everyone to enjoy. #MeridianIdaho #BoiseArea #CommercialPainting #EpoxyFloorCoatings #SpraynCoatPainting

Water damage on cabinets sneaks up on people… one day everything looks fine, and the next you’re seeing that finish start to peel or fade. We see this a lot in kitchens and bathrooms around Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. The real question: Do you refinish it… or is it time to paint? At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we walk homeowners through both options all the time. Sometimes a touch-up works. Other times, a full cabinet painting project is the better long-term move, especially if you’re ready for a fresh look anyway. If you’re dealing with something like this and want to learn more, we’ve got a full breakdown over on our website. Link in bio. Or if you’d rather just talk it through, reach out anytime and we can set up a free on-site estimate. #SprayNCoatPainting #CabinetPainting #CabinetRefinishing #WaterDamage #Boise

Day 1 is all about prep. Protecting your home, getting everything dialed in, and setting the project up the right way. It might not be the flashy part, but it’s the most important part. Every good cabinet painting job starts with the right prep. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, this is where we take our time so everything that follows turns out the way it should. We’ve been serving the Treasure Valley since 2009, and this part of the process is something we don’t cut corners on. If you’re in Boise, Meridian, or Nampa and thinking about painting your cabinets, this is what Day 1 really looks like. #SprayNCoatPainting #CabinetPainting #KitchenCabinetPainting #BoiseCabinetPainting #CabinetRefinishing

Another day, another garage floor coating. Solid prep, full flake system, and a clean finish. It’s a simple upgrade, but one you notice every time you walk into the garage. #SprayNCoatPainting #EpoxyFloors #TreasureValley #ConcreteCoatingsBoise #BoiseIdaho

Spray 'n Coat Painting teams were out here by the Boise Airport this week, getting things rolling on a large commercial repaint project. Our team is currently power washing the exterior to prep this 170,000 sq ft building for a full exterior repaint. All the while, our interior crews are inside working through each level, repainting and keeping things moving so the whole project stays on track. A lot of planning goes into jobs like this. From coordinating crews to protecting the space and keeping things clean, it’s all about setting the project up for success from day one. #SprayNCoatPainting #CommercialPaintingBoise #ExteriorPaintingBoise #BoisePainters

🫵 This is your reminder… It’s exterior painting season! If you’ve been looking at your home lately and thinking it might be about time to repaint, you’re probably right. This is usually when it starts to stand out. If you’re being honest… which one fits? 👨‍🎨 Your home could use some touching up here and there 🏚️ Your home is looking a little weather-beaten 📝 You got “one of those letters” from your HOA 🫣 Just flat out hate the color of your house 👠 Orrrr you just like to change your house color, like you like to change shoes 🗓️ Getting on the schedule early matters. Around here, you just never can tell how long (or short) our exterior painting season will be… only Mother Nature knows for sure. Our team treats every home like it matters, because it does. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we’ve spent the last 16 years building a reputation here in the Boise area for good craftsmanship, reliable crews, clear communication, and solid customer service from start to finish #BoiseExteriorPainting #HousePaintingBoise #TreasureValleyHomes #ExteriorPainting #SprayNCoatPainting

We started planning this one back in December with Daryl as the project manager, and work kicked off mid-March. This is a full office renovation for a global records management company here in Boise, and it’s one of those projects where a lot is happening at once. We’re working in phases alongside other trades while the entire space gets reworked. We’re paintinge got iwalls, ceilings, cabinets, and wainscoting throughout just about every area… offices, conference rooms, reception, kitchen, mailroom, and more. Projects like this are less about just showing up and painting, and more about staying in sync with everything else going on so the job keeps moving without slowing anyone down. We’re still early into this one, with a projected finish around early July. But it's great to see how our team puts the same level of care into a project like this as we do in someone’s home. Whether it’s residential or commercial painting, it comes down to showing up, doing the work right, and paying attention to the details that most people don’t see but definitely notice later. That’s really what separates Spray ’n Coat Painting. For the last 16 years, we’ve worked hard to build a reputation here in the Boise area that’s rooted in good service and solid craftsmanship, and projects like this are a big part of that. #SprayNCoatPainting #BoiseCommercialPainters #BoisePainters #BoiseIdaho #CommercialPainting

Most garage floor problems don’t start with the coating… they start with bad prep. 😖 This is Ron running our Husqvarna diamond grinder, and this step is everything. We’re not just “cleaning” the concrete—we’re grinding down past that soft top layer and opening up the pores so the coating actually bonds into the surface, not just sits on top of it. That’s the difference between a floor that looks good for a year… and one that actually holds up. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, this is just part of how we do things. No shortcuts, just doing it the right way from the start. #GarageFloorCoating #EpoxyFloorsBoise #EpoxyFlooring #BoiseIdaho #SprayNCoatPainting

Spring is here… which means exterior painting season is officially kicking off. And here’s your reminder—this is the time to get on the schedule before it fills up. Most homeowners don’t realize how fast things book out. By the time you’re really thinking about it, the calendar is already packed. We see it every year around Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. Someone’s ready to go in late spring or early summer… and the soonest opening is months out. Now you’re either waiting, rolling the dice on a fly-by-night painter, or pushing it off another year. If your home’s been on your mind—even a little—this is the window where you actually have options. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, our exterior painting schedule fills up fast once the weather consistently turns. Planning ahead means better timing, better prep, and a smoother experience all around. We’re in the middle of a 170,000+ sq ft commercial interior near the Boise Airport. It starts with planning meetings between our project managers and lead painters, getting everyone on the same page before we ever open a can of paint. From there, it’s all about masking and prep to protect the space, then moving through walls and accents while keeping everything clean and consistent. This stairwell is just one small piece, but it shows what goes into doing it right at Spray ’n Coat Painting. #BoiseCommercialPainting #CommercialPaintingIdaho #SpraynCoatPainting #BoiseConstruction #InteriorPaintingBoise

Garage doors take a beating out here in the Treasure Valley. Sun, weather, time… it all shows. This one’s a good example. One brand new door, one faded and worn down. Same house, totally different look. Once both were properly prepped, masked, and coated, everything tied together the way it should. It’s a simple update, but it makes a big difference in how the whole front of the home feels. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, this is the kind of detail we pay attention to, making sure everything matches, holds up, and looks right for years, not just right now. #GarageDoorPainting #ExteriorPaintingBoise #TreasureValleyHomes #CurbAppealIdaho #SpraynCoatPainting

You don’t need the luck of the Irish when you’ve got the right crew on your side. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we’ve been helping homeowners across Boise and the Treasure Valley since 2009 with a process that’s consistent, dialed in, and built to last. No chasing rainbows here—just a team that shows up, does the work right, and stands behind it. With 500+ 5-star Google reviews, that track record speaks for itself. #BoisePainters #TreasureValleyHomes #StPatricksDay #HousePainting #SprayNCoatPainting

Every great interior painting project starts long before the first coat of paint. 🎨 In this Boise home, our project manager Chais is walking through one of the most important steps — proper masking and protection. Floors get covered, trim and baseboards are taped, cabinets and nearby surfaces are protected, and windows are sealed off so nothing gets touched by overspray. It might look simple, but this step is what helps create those clean paint lines and smooth finishes people expect from a professional painting job. It’s all part of the system we follow at Spray ’n Coat Painting to make sure every home we work in is treated with care. #BoisePainters #ProfessionalPaintersBoise #InteriorPaintingIdaho #SpraynCoatPainting #Boise

🤩 Today is National Employee Appreciation Day, and we’re taking a moment to recognize the entire team behind Spray ’n Coat Painting. A lot of people see the finished paint job or the new garage floor coating, but there’s a whole group of people working together behind the scenes to make every project happen. From Katherine, who heads up our marketing and customer experience, to Shawn keeping operations running smoothly, to our project managers Daryl, Chace, and Chais guiding projects from start to finish. But at the heart of it all are our painting teams and garage floor crew out in the field every day. They’re the ones putting in the time, the effort, and the attention to detail that our customers see when the job is finished. Their craftsmanship, work ethic, and pride in their work are a big part of why Spray ’n Coat Painting has built such a strong reputation across the Treasure Valley. 🏆 We’re grateful for every person on this team and the role they play in serving homeowners and businesses across Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and the surrounding Treasure Valley communities. Today we’re simply saying THANK YOU!! 🙏 #EmployeeAppreciationDay #TeamSpraynCoat #TreasureValley #BoiseIdaho #SprayNCoatPainting

There’s something really satisfying about seeing a space come together like this. Our team recently painted the kitchen cabinets and walls in this Boise home, and it completely refreshed the feel of the space. The soft green cabinets paired with the lighter walls give the kitchen a clean, calm look that still feels warm and lived in. Projects like this are a great reminder that you don’t always need a full remodel to make a kitchen feel new again. Sometimes the right cabinet painting and interior painting can completely change the tone of the room. It also meant a lot to our team when Carol shared her kind review and mentioned Chais, Timber, Lucas, and Landon by name. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, those kinds of experiences are exactly what we hope every homeowner in Boise has when they trust us with their home. #BoisePainting #KitchenCabinetPainting #InteriorPaintingBoise #BoiseHomeImprovement #SpraynCoatPainting

🤌 What you’re seeing here isn’t just someone spraying paint… it’s a full system working together to create that smooth, factory-grade finish. A lot of the time on a cabinet project is spent masking, and there’s a good reason for that. We take the time to protect everything around the cabinets and create a clean, controlled space so the finish lays down right and nothing ends up where it shouldn’t. It may look like a lot of tape and plastic, but that prep work is what makes the difference between a budget paint job and the kind of high-end results Spray ’n Coat Painting is known for throughout the Treasure Valley for over 16 years. Every pass, every angle, and every layer is done with purpose. #sprayncoatpainting #cabinetpainting #kitchenmakeover #kitchenupgrade #eagleidaho #boisepainters

SWIPE → This Nampa home isn’t finished yet, but it’s already feeling like a whole new space. With Sherwin-Williams Snow Drop on the walls and Dunn-Edwards DEW380 on the ceilings, the room instantly feels lighter and more open. Keeping the beams stained in Espresso adds that rich contrast, and once the Sherwin-Williams Sagey accent wall goes on, it’s going to look incredible. Amazing what the right interior paint colors can do! #NampaIdaho #InteriorPainting #ResidentialPainting #BoisePainters #SprayNCoatPainting

Sometimes a full cabinet replacement isn’t necessary to get a fresh, updated look. These bathroom cabinets were solid and well-built, so instead of tearing everything out, this homeowner chose to reface and upgrade the door and drawer fronts — which saved a lot of money while still giving the space a modern feel. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we worked with a local cabinet company to bring in new raw doors and drawers, then finished them with a true factory, furniture-grade 2-part system. This isn’t trim paint and it’s NOT a #diy finish — it’s a durable coating designed to hold up for years without softening or gumming up over-time. We also installed soft-close hinges and updated hardware to complete the look. Same cabinet boxes, totally refreshed style… and a bathroom that feels brand new without the cost of full replacement. #SpraynCoatPainting #CabinetPainting #BathroomUpdate #TreasureValleyIdaho #NampaIdaho #MeridianIdaho #BoiseIdaho #PaintedCabinets

Commercial projects like this one at Franz Bakery are a whole different ballgame. Over time, sugar and moisture had started breaking down the concrete around this piece of equipment. It’s something we see in food production facilities — sugar is surprisingly corrosive, and once it works its way into the surface, the concrete can start to deteriorate pretty quickly. Our team came in, prepped the area properly, and installed an industrial urethane cement flooring system built to handle heavy use, frequent washdowns, and constant exposure to sugars and organic materials. Urethane cement is tough, moisture-tolerant, and designed for environments exactly like this. We also added high-visibility safety lines around the perimeter to clearly define the workspace and improve foot traffic awareness for the team on site. Projects like this are all about durability, safety, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you have a commercial facility in Boise, Nampa, Meridian, or anywhere in the Treasure Valley that’s dealing with failing concrete, we’re happy to take a look and talk through options. #NampaIdaho #UrethaneCement #CommercialFloorCoatings #IndustrialCoatings #FranzBakery #sprayncoatpaintingandepoxyflooring #sprayncoatpainting

Same bathroom. Elevated look. These cabinets were already beautifully built and in great shape. The homeowner just wanted to update and elevate the bathroom. Refinishing the vanity in this rich, modern color brought everything together and made the room feel more custom. Paired with the bold wallpaper and that beautiful marble-look hexagon floor, the whole bathroom feels intentional and updated without a full gut remodel. Sometimes it’s not about replacing everything, it’s about making subtle changes that elevate and transform. #CabinetPainting #CabinetRefinishing #BathroomMakeover #Boise #Idaho #TreasureValleyHomes #SpraynCoatPainting

Same living room. Totally different feel. The before had bold purple and gold walls that really took over the space. After painting it in Sherwin-Williams SW9617 Beachcomber, everything feels lighter, calmer, and more open. Color does more than change how a room looks. It changes how it feels. And in a living room, that matters. It’s where you relax, gather, and spend time with the people you care about. We see this all the time at Spray ’n Coat Painting here in the Treasure Valley. The right color can completely shift the tone of a space without changing anything else. #BoiseInteriorPainting #LivingRoomMakeover #SherwinWilliams #SprayNCoatPainting #BoisePainters

Happy Presidents’ Day from all of us at Spray ’n Coat Painting. Today’s a good reminder to appreciate our country's history and the people who’ve stepped up to lead it. We’re grateful to live and work here in the Treasure Valley and to serve such a strong local community. #PresidentsDay #TreasureValleyIdaho #SupportLocalBusiness #SprayNCoatPainting #BoiseIdaho

That crack at the garage entrance? It’s the spot every homeowner notices. It traps dirt, holds water, and just looks rough every time you pull in. This one had separated concrete right at the transition joint from the driveway into the garage. Instead of coating over it, we removed the damaged section and properly patched it first. Then we installed the garage floor coating. Now it’s smooth, sealed, and you’d never know there was ever an issue there. Fix the problem first. Coat it second. That’s how you get a garage floor that actually looks and performs the way it should. #GarageFloorCoating #ConcreteRepair #BoiseIdaho #TreasureValleyHomes #SpraynCoatPainting

This before-and-after really shows the difference. What started as a bare concrete shop floor is now a clean, finished garage floor coating in Keystone that completely changes the space. This was a 1,140 sq ft residential shop in Nampa, and you can see how much brighter, smoother, and more dialed-in it feels once the coating is down. Big shop spaces like this need a floor that can handle real use while still being easy to clean and maintain. That’s where good prep and the right system make all the difference. Projects like this are why garage and shop floor coatings are such a solid upgrade at Spray ’n Coat Painting. #SprayNCoatPainting #NampaIdaho #GarageFloorCoatings #ShopGarage #EpoxyFloorsBoise

Some garages start out a little rough… and that’s kind of our favorite part. 🫶 We’re kicking off a project where this space is getting both interior painting and a garage floor coating, but we’re keeping the end result under wraps for now. Let’s just say it won’t look like this for long. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we see garages as more than a place to park. Workshops, storage, home gyms, hangout spots — they all start with a clean, solid foundation. This one’s about to get some serious attention, and we’ll share more once it starts coming together. Stay tuned. The glow up is coming… #SprayNCoatPainting #TreasureValleyHomes #GarageUpgrade #EpoxyFloorsBoise #BoisePainters

This is what the Spray ’n Coat Painting process really looks like behind the scenes. Careful prep, full containment, proper safety gear, and taking the time to spray cabinets the right way. Sometimes it’s the simple stuff that makes the biggest difference. This bright blue accent wall is getting blended back into the rest of the room so the home is ready to list and easy for buyers to picture themselves living there. We painted the trim around our customer’s fireplace in Black of Night, and it made a big impact. Small changes like this can really sharpen up a space. #InteriorPainting #FireplaceUpdate #BoisePainters #TreasureValleyHomes #SprayNCoatPainting

Before any paint goes on your cabinets, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. This is the part most people don’t see, but it’s the part that makes the finish actually last. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, cabinet prep isn’t rushed. We start by slowing things down and getting clear on the plan. How you use your kitchen. What kind of finish you want. How we protect your counters, floors, and the rest of your home while we work. All of that gets figured out before we ever pick up a sander or a spray gun. Then comes the hands-on prep: cleaning, sanding, fixing worn spots, and making sure every surface is ready to accept paint the right way. Cabinets take a beating every day, so skipping steps here just isn’t an option. Good cabinet painting isn’t just about color. It’s about setting things up from the start so you’re happy with how it looks and how it holds up long after we’re gone. That’s the approach we’ve stuck to at Spray ’n Coat Painting since day one. #CabinetPainting #CabinetPrep #BoisePainters #TreasureValleyHomes #SprayNCoatPainting

A fresh coat can go a long way. We just painted the doors and wainscoting in this guest bathroom using Clary Sage by Sherwin-Williams. This color has a soft, calm feel that adds personality without being too bold. It’s a great option when you want to update a space without changing everything at once. Clean lines, smooth finish, and a noticeable upgrade where it counts. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we help homeowners make smart updates that actually make a difference. Zyre finishing strong on this one. 💪 This photo shows him rolling out the final polyaspartic top layer on a freshly coated garage floor for a customer in Garden City. That last coat is what locks everything in. It adds durability, gives the floor its clean, even look, and helps it stand up to real garage use like tires, tools, and Idaho weather changes. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we don’t rush this step. Taking the time here is what makes these floors look good on day one and still look good years down the road. Serious (and not so serious) interview with our concrete floor coating installers, Ron & Zyre. 😆 #sprayncoatpainting #garagefloorcoatings #epoxyfloorsboise

People are often surprised when we say yes, "WE CAN INSTALL YOUR GARAGE FLOOR COATING IN THE WINTER". There’s a big misconception that cold temps make it impossible, but that’s just not true. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we use a polyurea base coat with a polyaspartic topcoat, both of which perform really well in cooler conditions. If needed, we use heaters to bring the garage and concrete into the right range, and all of our products are stored in our heated warehouse so they’re always at optimal temps before we ever show up. When you combine the right system, the right prep, and the fact that we’re offering 20% off labor rates during the winter, it honestly makes THIS one of the best times of year to get your garage floor done. #sprayncoatpainting #ConcreteFloorCoatings #PolyasparticFloor #GarageFloorUpgrade #BoiseContractors #IdahoHomes

This kitchen got a serious refresh without starting from scratch. Our customer wanted an updated look, so they swapped out the door and drawer fronts and had everything painted in Shiitake. Same cabinet boxes, totally new feel. Clean, modern, and a huge upgrade from where it started. One of the best parts? This kind of cabinet update costs way less than a full replacement, and having it done in the winter meant they also took advantage of our 20% off labor rates. Smart timing all around. Projects like this are why we love cabinet painting and refinishing at Spray ’n Coat Painting. It’s all about getting that “new kitchen” look while keeping more money in your pocket. Boise homeowners love a sharp-looking garage, and this newly coated floor in Keystone is a good example of why. The before shot shows a pretty standard concrete slab. But once our team finished the full mechanical grind and prep, you can already see how much cleaner and more even the surface looks. The final photo speaks for itself. Keystone has been our number-one seller for the past two years for a reason – it works in just about any garage and gives the whole space a finished feel that lasts. #BoiseGarageFloor #GarageFloorCoating #KeystoneBlend #IdahoHomes #SprayNCoatPainting

We love seeing a full garage glow-up, and this project is a perfect example. The homeowner didn’t just upgrade their worn-out concrete with a new floor coating - they also chose fresh interior painting to finish the space off. The combo completely changed the look and feel of the garage, making it a spot they actually enjoy walking into now. #GarageFloorCoating #GarageMakeover #MeridianIdaho #IdahoHomes #SprayNCoatPainting

At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we don’t take any chances on specialty floors like this private airplane hangar in Caldwell. Since the owner wanted a solid white epoxy system, our crew suited up head-to-toe to keep out any stray fibers or dust. On a white floor, the tiniest bit of contamination would’ve shown up in the final finish. Ron’s in a full clean suit and respirator here—not just for the floor’s sake, but for his health. ☣️ This type of epoxy system puts off some heavy VOCs, so proper safety gear is a MUST!! It’s extra steps like these that help our team deliver the kind of results customers expect from Spray ’n Coat Painting. #EpoxyFloorCoating #HangarFloorCoating #CommercialFloorCoating #BoiseContractor #SpraynCoatPainting

Lots and lots of cabinet sanding and priming going on in our shop here in Nampa. We offer our customers 20% off labor for projects booked for December through end of February. This helps you out with cost and helps our team members out with getting hours through the slower season. #sprayncoatpainting #cabinetpainting #residentialpainting #idaho #idahopainters

At Spray ‘n Coat Painting, we’re wrapping up the year, with Top Golf swings, big laughs and plenty of cheer. The bays were buzzing and jokes didn’t stop, turns out most our crew is better at painting than golf (thank God 😆). But nights like this remind us again, how lucky we are to work with this crew we call friends. And to every customer who trusted our team for the last 16 years, you are the reason we show up smiling, and ready for another solid year! #sprayncoatpainting #companychristmasparty #topgolfboise #boisepainters

Like so many of our customers, Lori left us an incredible review after we repainted her kitchen island. She talked about the clear communication, the care our crew took in her home, and how happy she was with the finished look. If you really want to know how a company works and what kind of experience you can expect, take a few minutes to look through their website and read their Google reviews. It’s one of the easiest ways to see how they treat people and the level of work they deliver. Spray ’n Coat Painting is no different—we’re proud of the stories our customers share. #cabinetpainting #kitchenislandmakeover #boisepainters #sprayncoatpainting #eagleidaho

This week, we were out at the Caldwell Executive Airport installing a solid white epoxy system for a private hangar, and this one came out clean and sharp. The owner wanted a sleek, high-performance floor under his airplane and helicopter, so our crew at Spray ’n Coat Painting installed a premium epoxy and urethane system built for real hangar use. #CommercialFloorCoating #EpoxyFlooring #ConcreteCoatings #CaldwellIdaho #SpraynCoatPainting #CaldwellAirport #AirplaneHangar #privateairplanehangars

Dan, Ron, and Zyre were out at a private airplane hangar in Caldwell patching tiny pinholes caused by concrete off-gassing after the first coat. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes steps that makes a big difference in how smooth the final finish looks. Little details like this are what help our crew at Spray ’n Coat Painting dial in a high-performance floor. 📸 Stay tuned for the before and after photos tomorrow. #ConcreteFloorCoating #EpoxyFlooring #CommercialProjects #CaldwellIdaho #SpraynCoatPainting #AirplaneHangar #CaldwellAirport

Most of the cabinet wear we see shows up right under the kitchen sink—just like this photo. It’s the one spot in the house that gets splashed the most, and most of us don’t realize how often water runs down the front while we’re washing dishes. Since Spray ’n Coat Painting refinishes so many kitchens around the Treasure Valley, we put together a super helpful guide on what this type of damage actually means, when it’s fixable, and how painted cabinets compare to wood-finish cabinets when repairs are needed. Read the full breakdown here: https://www.sprayncoat.com/how-to-fix-water-damaged-cabinets-painted-vs-wood-finish Hashtags: #boiseidaho #cabinetpainting #treasurevalleyhomes #kitchencabinetrepair #sprayncoatpainting

At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we’ve been keeping busy with another City of Boise project—this time at Ivywild Park. This one involved adding a traction additive throughout the entry hallway, office area, men’s and women’s changing rooms, and even the outside bathrooms. It’s a simple upgrade that makes these high-traffic spots a lot safer for everyone who uses the pool. This space came in at 3,025 sq. ft. and features a custom hybrid chip blend with blue, black, white, and grey that fits the pool vibe really well. A huge thank-you to the @city_of_boise for trusting our team again. Working at Fairmont Park Pool, Borah Park Pool, and now Ivywild has been a real honor. #BoiseFloorCoatings #CommercialCoatings #CityOfBoise #SpraynCoatPainting #BoiseContractors #BoiseParksAndRecreation

Garden City Hotel Pool Project The concrete around this hotel’s pool was so slick that management had to line it with non-slip mats just to help prevent slips and falls. Besides not looking great, that’s not a long-term fix for guest safety. So, they called Spray ’n Coat Painting to install a durable, non-slip textured coating that provides traction and peace of mind for everyone enjoying the pool area. We started by power washing the entire pool deck, and today our team’s applying the primer coat. Follow along to see the final results — this upgrade will make a big difference for both safety and appearance! #sprayncoatpainting #texturedconcretecoating #hotelpool #nonslip #epoxycoatings #GardenCityIdaho #Boise

We started this classroom flooring demo at New Plymouth High School with a hand scraper… and let’s just say it barely made a dent. Next, we tried a long-handled scraper — same story, just more effort. Finally, we brought in the ride-on floor scraper and that’s when things really started moving. There are lots of ways to remove old VCT flooring, but only one way that's both fun & efficient. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we’ve got the right equipment (and the right crew) to tackle tough commercial projects like this. #sprayncoatpainting #commercialfloorsolutions #commercialfloorcoatings #newplymouthidaho #asmr #oddlysatisfyingasmr

Ever notice how a color looks perfect on a paint chip in the store, but totally different once it’s on your wall? That’s because lighting, shadows, and even the direction your windows face all change the way a color shows up. A shade can look lighter on a wall that gets lots of sun and darker on a shaded wall. The same color in your living room might feel warm, but in a north-facing bedroom, it can look cooler and more muted. Even morning versus evening light can shift a color’s personality. Here are a few Sherwin-Williams shades that tend to do well in different types of light: North-facing → warm neutrals to offset cooler light: Greek Villa, Antique White, Evergreen Fog East-facing → soft creams & balanced tones that work in morning amber and cooler afternoons: Casa Blanca, Rainwashed, Moderate White South-facing → cooler greens & grays to balance all-day brightness: Sea Salt, Repose Gray, Upward West-facing → neutrals that hold up in softer mornings but glow in the warm evenings: Alabaster, Comfort Gray, Dover White Lighting can change the personality of a color from morning to evening. Testing samples on your wall is the simplest way to find the one that feels right for your home. #SpraynCoatPainting #BoisePainters #ColorTips #InteriorPainting

Today we pause to remember September 11, 2001—a day that changed our nation forever. We honor the lives lost, the families who still carry the weight of that loss, and the heroes who showed us what courage and selflessness look like. "There is no time limit to the legacy of courage." — Anonymous May we never forget the strength, unity, and resilience that carried us through, and may we continue to hold on to that same spirit in our communities today.

So many homeowners have had the same story with contractors—missed appointments, vague timeframes, and poor communication. At Spray ’n Coat Painting, we do things differently. When you schedule with us, you won’t hear “we’ll be there between noon and five.” We set a specific day and time that works for you, and when we say we’ll be there—we mean it. You’ll also get clear text updates: a confirmation when you book, a reminder the day before, and another a couple of hours before we arrive. We can’t fix the bad experiences you’ve had with other contractors, but we can promise to give you the professional, reliable experience you deserve with us. That’s the Spray ’n Coat way! #sprayncoatpainting #paintingcontractor #boise #idaho
